5,700 SF tenant fit-out of second floor commercial building for shared home for University student-run organizations. The collective organizations were planned as a “village” within the available leasehold, each with its’ own architectural expression and all arranged around a common area for meetings, organizational support and equipment.

Awarded a “Shooting Star Award” for “The Best Example of Creativity, Ingenuity and Design Excellence” in the category of ‘Healthcare and Institutional Design’ from the CT Chapter of the ASID in 2008.
